Due to the perishable nature of our high-quality meats, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

Reach out to our Member Support team via email or live chat with your order number and any documentation regarding the issue you encountered.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will process a replacement or issue a credit to your account to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ButcherBox experience.
